"I had all my bottoms pulled out on May 3 2023. I've been waiting on my full set of dentures for a while now. The last time I was there was Nov 13 2023 and should be ready in two weeks but it wasn't. I've been calling and they would tell me that they are not back from the lab yet. Now today Jan 25 2024 they said they couldn't deliver my dentures and So on. I will find somewhere else to do this I will never come back to this dental place. Doctor was very good but the front staff needs more training in costumer service."

"DR.BAO!!! So I have to start off by saying the front staff has ALWAYS been amazing. I’ve been coming here since 2019 & I wasn’t that fond of the Doctor I was seeing here.. he left & I tried Dr.Bao I am so thankful I gave him a try. He has amazing bed side manner and he starts off by saying “How can I help you”. He listens and does his best to fix issues. Even hearing him with other patients you can tell HE CARES. he explains things so well. I have never been happy at the dentist… until now. I struggle with Anxiety and they definitely helped me feel extremely comfortable. I brought my two children with me and they made sure to tell me to take my time and let me know when I was ready. They’re patient and most definitely respectful. I recommend this office! You’ll LOVE it."
