"I did all my teeth with this dental, as long as you paying him money he will be nice to you, once he get all the money he wants he does not care anymore. On of my tooth had pain since day one he fix it, I kept going to him back and forth and he always say “ there is nothing I can do you have to go to a nerve Dr” I told him it hurt when I bite on it, you have to change the filling, today after 1 year almost of me not using the whole side the filling fall of. I went to a other dental super clean and has all the new technology devices, once he took (a free Xray) for all my mouth he said who is your Dr who did the filling, I told him And he said you have small empty areas between the fillings and the gum. I paid more than $4500 to fix my 11 teeth, and always when he do X-ray he charge me, While out side they do free consultation with X-ray. I called his office today to see if he going to do something about his bad work in my mouth, but of course they said “ oh we cant do anything” Yes you cant bc you got enough money from me and now the turn for someone else."

"Careful, if you point out the sharp edges and ridge snags after a filling more than twice you'll just lose your cusps entirely. If only the work were as lovely as the staff."

"Horrible horrible horrible I have not been to this office since 2016 and just now receiving a bill from them. I did call the office to get more information she explained to me that they charged me an additional $25 for making an appointment in 2020 and not showing up to the appointment. I explain to her that I must’ve forgotten, caught up with work and day-to-day life I asked her how come there was not a follow up phone call or email she stated now you want a personal secretary. Uhh yes especially if you’re going to charge me for not showing up. She stated I signed a form back in 2016 saying they could . I explain to the woman that was in 2016 we are now in 2021 I would have to sign another agreement, things change yearly. I’m not paying anything.. this office is rip off. As I remember I paid for my service before leaving so I wouldn’t receive any bills. This dental office needs to get their paperwork straight. Very unprofessional"

"I would not recommend going to this dentist. I waited over a month to get my son in to see this dentist so that he could get his oral check up done in order to go to preschool. When we arrived at the appointment they then told me that they do not accept our insurance even though they said nothing about our insurance being an issue when I made the appointment. I'm sure hoping I can get him in to be seen at a different office. The oral check up is required for him to start school and Munster dental has already wasted so much of my time. I'm not too surprised though...people the days don't put too much effort into their jobs."
