"This place is horrible. I took my daughter for her regular dentist appointments, she did have some cavities and had them fixed. They said one of her molars was starting a cavity but it didn’t need to be worked on then, the dentist claimed I trusted her thinking she was a professional. Then I take her for her 6 month check up n tell them it was starting to bother her and again we were told it didn’t need to be worked on. One day she work up with so much pain I made her an emergency appointment, got the same dentist again and now all of a sudden she needs a dame root canal?! Which by the way they don’t do there. I’m so mad how did it get so bad I was told just a few weeks before it was fine. I should have made them fix it the first time but they are supposed to be professionals. Now we have to get an expensive procedure. Thank god I decided to take my younger daughter somewhere else. Btw I originally took my 16 year old here because they had great reviews. Place is also very dirty."
"*edit/update: I’m pretty sure most of these reviews are fake, as soon as someone posts a bad review the owner calls you to convince you to take it down. also as soon as a bad review comes in, they get like 20 5 stars with no comments* I’ve always gone in the room with my 6 year old and the tech today said I couldn’t be in the room. I said they’ve never told me that before, I’ve always gone in with him, said she didn’t know why, I said okay, stepped out and talked to my son about it, he seemed okay. 5-10 min later he comes out crying bc he was alone and I asked her what happened she said he got nervous. After I talked to him he said he was crying bc he was alone and no one was with him. I told her if I can’t be in the room with him then I’ll reschedule so I can drop off my other kids, otherwise I have to be in there with him. The tech said she would ask the dentist/ doctor. when she came back and looked at me with the door open, I said “can I come in” she said yes and that’s was that. Side note as soon as I walk in initially she was turning on the gas. I’ve never approved it and everytime they try to give him the laughing gas, I’ve asked for them to update his chart. What if I would’ve let him walk in alone? They would’ve given it to him without my consent? They just kicked me out again… I guess bc of my 3 year old, they’ve never said anything to me. Mind you my 3 year old has an iPad and is sitting down. I love the receptionist and the dentist and most techs are okay. The tech today turned me off, I’ll be switching dentists bc of how I can’t bring my 3 year old, also I feel like this should’ve been disclosed to me a year ago when I started coming here. It’s inconvenient if you’re a mother of 3 and can’t be allowed in the room with your other 2 well behaved kids. (I could even understand if my baby is crying or my 3 year old is up and wandering, which wasn’t the case.)"
"Stacey Delgadillo was amazing at interpreting the information to my mother in Spanish. Not only was she informative and friendly, she remained professional throughout the appointment. Very friendly office!"
"If you want your children’s information given to complete strangers go ahead and use them but giving children’s information is a huge NONO it’s called HIPPA!! They deliberately gave my children’s info to a stranger that called asking for information and without hesitation they gave all the information. Don’t go there!!! Now I have been waiting for a call back for about 3 weeks from the office manager due to the issue plus the fact they wouldn’t reschedule my child’s appointment that they cancelled. Editing to update those who actually care about their privacy. So I received a call back from the office manager with the name starting with a J and she repeatedly told me that if I take the review down they will try to get my child in for her appointment. Not a single sorry our office did that and we will have a talk about patient privacy. No wonder on google it’s all 5 star and yelp is 1 and 2 star reviews. Then when I let her know I was going to update my review she responded with well you have time for that so go ahead implying I have all the time in the world so to say. DON’T GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! I give them a negative if it was an option."
"Love this location. It’s nice to be greeted by a smile. Vanessa is always so helpful and willing to help with accommodating a date for my son to get seen by Dr. Neal. This team is trained to make children feel comfortable."
