"The staff was helpful and nice. The dental assistant who took care of cleaning my teeth did a nice job. The dentist, however, NEVER came into the exam room to check the condition of my teeth. He did, however, bill me as if he had. I now have to fight with my dental insurance to not pay for services I did not receive. I cannot in good conscience provide a positive review for this dentist. WHY HASN'T THIS DENTAL OFFICE REFUNDED MY INSURANCE FOR THE SERVICES NOT RENDERED???? I'D LIKE TO COMPLETE THE DENTAL PORTION I AM ENTITLED TO - JUST NOT WITH THIS BUSINESS. Additional post: ***Still waiting for a refund to my insurance so I can have a dentist with scruples provide me with the dental services I am entitled to.***"
"They will cancel your appointment on you and reschedule for 6 months later. This happened 2 times in a row. The dentist will ask you why you're worried about a chip in your tooth when you need braces. Not a very compatible dentist. He only want to sell you braces, beware!"
