"If I could leave this place zero stars I would!!!! I came here almost a year ago after needing a new dentist. I initially came in due to tooth pain. After an exam and X-rays I was told that I had a cavity and because of the location of the cavity I needed a root canal and crowns!! Almost a year later and I’m still walking around with temporary crowns in my mouth!!! I was told to come back in and everything had to be redone as far as scans of my teeth and impressions!!! Weeks go by, I hear nothing!!! To make a very long story short my temps kept falling out and I am just now getting my permanent crowns which were not even placed correctly!!!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND SECURE DENTAL HAMMOND!!!"

To cut the story short - I will not be going back. I did not feel like my teeth were cleaned properly or that my exam was thorough at all."

"Usually I have a good experience here, but the visit I had yesterday was awful. I received 8 injections of numbing medicine within 10 minutes. The dentist did not wait for the numbness to kick in, just wanted to start on the work, leading to more and more shots. He kept saying I was “sensitive.” This same dentist was working on a patient in the room next to me, continuing to leave me in the room multiple times. He then performed an extraction in the room right next to me, and he did not wash his hands after, but put on hand sanitizer and new gloves and wanted to proceed working in my mouth. During my cleaning, the hygienist seemed new, she spilled ample amounts of water on me. I had a horrible visit. The lack of patient care, cleanliness, and thoroughness is what I experienced."
