"It absolutely upsets me how unprofessional someone can be, Usually most companies have some type of policy disclosure to you when it comes to cancellation and this experience I had recently was completely disburbing. This company does not care about people it seems that they only care about money. I had a emergency where I woke up and had to take my daughter to the hospital and told them earlier that morning that I had to cancel and reschedule due to a emergency and they said nothing didnt even try to reschedule. even when I told them that it was hard for me to get there in the first place when i set the appointment I will have to make it work . Joyce said that I had to make a 100 dollar deposit to make a dentist appointment, is this a hair appointment? The 100 deposit goes toward my service but my insurance covers the whole service so im out of my money when I didnt have to pay in the first place. Then I ask can you tell me other days I canceled or didnt show. Mind you I know I have not even spoken with this company maybe since the beginning of the year and they have constantly reached out to me for service. They couldnt even tell me the dates. Besides the one time I literally had a emergency with my kid in the hospital. This place is sick. I always try to give business to places near my home and what they call family owned and this is just ridiculous. I understand if this was disclosed in a document or even told to me when I had to cancel . Not one person on this earth can predict the future. They're are plenty of companies that have cancellations and they figure out . Never coming back . Its not even about the money its the principle."
