They have genuine smiles, are capable assistants to Dr. Kou, they keep the office spotless and organized, and do a fantastic job navigating the confusing world of insurance. Both my husband and I go and Dr. K is always friendly and professional. He explains any work he is doing and options you'd have. His assistant Sam is fantastic.
