"I called over three weeks ago and scheduled an appointment for today. Today I tried to drop off my vechile to be detailed. I was told by the shop boy that I wasn't on the schedule.. I explained that I called over three weeks ago and made it for the first Friday in May - I have Fridays off. The shop boy said okay, leave it here and we'll get it done.. I left and then 5 minutes later get a call from the owner. He stated, " I'm the owner and you're truck isn't getting done today." I explained to him the above information and he didn't care. He didn't offer to reschedule, he didn't offer to make it right even when it was his mistake. He is not customer centric whatsoever. Being a small business owner - you need to be. I will bring my business elsewhere. His loss not mine."

"We had our 2009 Camry Detailed at KC's and the work was wonderful. Our goal was to have the car cleaned for sale to a friend. We heard they did a good job for a fair price. The car was in very good shape but having 130000 on it and only normbv al washes / waxes it needed help. After they finished we were amazed how good the entire car looked. They cleaned the car inside and out and under the hood. Our friend was in awe seeing the car as we presented it to them in its new clean skin Great work and fair price."
