"I was referred by a friend to take my car to MIMI because i heard they were good. I took my car in (LEXUS RX 330) on a Monday and i picked it up the following week on a Tuesday. I am usually very skeptical about who I let work on my car. However, I was pleasantly surprised!. Enrique did a fabulous job! I tell you, my car looked brand new again. I had some scratches and paint was scraped off on the back door from backing into the garage. They even repaired scratches that i didn"t even know existed and didnt even charge me and additional price. The Lexus dealership had referred me to a place that was double the price! Enrique has good customer service skills as well. I will definitely be returning for all future repairs and i will be telling everyone about this place!. Excellent Service! Friendly Place! I Love It! "I do not usually do reviews, but this service was so abysmal it is worth informing the general public. I brought in my car for repair after I was involved in a hit and run accident for a repair of the rear and front bumper. The shop, Enrique, quoted me a price, and we agreed on the price for the repair. A few days later, my insurance agent called the shop, and the shop tripled the quoted price once the shop realized it would be the insurance paying for the service. I told the shop I would like to take my car elsewhere, and the shop stated there was a $125 per day storage fee, which I did not agree to nor have ever paid - I have been going to this shop for a few years. Nevertheless, due to a time crunch, I agreed for the shop to perform the repair. The shop performed the repair, and I paid the new price. I asked the shop to provide an itemized receipt for the work that was performed, and I did not receive it - I only received a receipt for the total amount paid - meaning the service they provided did not equate to the amount charged. Subsequently, I drove my car and realized the bumpers were not installed properly, and there were ancillary issues with the car. I called the shop and told them I would like them to take a look at the car, and they told me they would call me for a time to bring it. I have called the shop five times now, and the owners have not picked up or given me a callback. Please beware of this shop. Fraudulent activities are going on, and the quality of the repair is horrible."
