"If I could give a zero stars I'm new in town and took my car here, thinking its an easy fix. I simply asked for one thing. diagnose the car and tell me everything wrong with it, that was too simple. So finally after a week the mechanic call and say there is a problem with your alternator. Wrong answer the alternator was new still had the receipt. Only thing was wrong was the belts needed to be put on. I know this cause I bought them and placed them in the car after buying a $200 alternator. So I went to pick up the car, and it is driving very slow, not pass 45 mph. The bill was $1000.00 (to put on a new alternator, keep in mind the one on the car is new). So my boss ask, about using the car as a down payment to get another one, my boss asked the mechanic who fixed the car would he buy the car, he says no I would junk it. Kia Spectra 2005. That is the purpose of the diagnosis to determine if we should keep the car. He never gave me the new alternator I had just bought so that I could take it back to Autozone and get my money back. He never even mentioned it. We went to Mitsubishi and bought me a car. I not sure the mechanics here understand the word diagnose. I got screwed."

"Very nice and reasonable. I have recommended them to many other people. Service has gone down. Wife had car towed here and it was cloudy out. She called them twice and spoke to someone both times that assured her they would make sure her windows were up. Next day we arrive to get the car and the windows were not put up. They offered to clean the car and remove the water. They did just that. It should have been detailed but was not. This was 100% their fault and we were not happy with how it was handled. Previously rated 5 stars now 2."
