"My experience at Jiffy Lube was one of the best I've ever had they were very informative I came in there saying that I needed a tune-up once they checked my car they told me I didn't need that tune up and I got that information from the dealership they told me what was wrong with the car and fixed it I was very happy with their service and I will be going on a regular whenever I need anything that they can fix thank you for your honesty and most businesses don't work in that capacity like they did I really appreciate people that take care of the elderly"

"I'd like to know which Jiffy Lube has actually open bays and no wait, because it doesn't appear to be this one. I only came here because the "open bays, no wait" sign was out and displayed. They managed to being me into the building, but I've been waiting 30 minutes for the bay to open up while they work on another car. I haven't even gotten my oil change started yet. Further, I can't just leave, as the door is shut and I'd have to back out, and there's other cars behind me. I wouldn't come here again if I had a choice, but for this visit I appear to be trapped."
