"Nasty old needs a lot of cleaning"
"Put my friend out walking in the middle of the night after the man who was left in charge agreed to let me leave my Id and pay the fee the next morning (I was running late for work) a coat of paint on the walls would be a plus, the appliances work about half the time and there is usually a lot of questionable traffic all night long"
"Room was not good at all. Plywood sink, cracked toilet lid and very smelly. Place could be nice if they'd re-invest/fully renovate their rooms."

Shook my boyfriend hand and said thank you for the business. Over at briarwood inn, not once said they appreciate our $350 a week business and once a week cleaning. Owner was never nice. May not be as nice as there, but your more appreciated here"
"The weekly rates are the lowest in town. Very helpful owners. Free WiFi. The only problem to me is the TV's are the old styles no hd TV."
