"We broke down on the way back home to GA from Memphis TN, the people are absolutely amazing and the most kindest people I've ever met, the whole town is so kind and everyone was very helpful and sweet to us, they let us stay in the room an hour past check out and then let us sit in the lobby and charge our phones waiting on our ride, gave us snacks and everything, if you have to stay at a hotel, I strongly recommend this one, the room is comfy too but the people are the absolute best part. If I ever come back through would definitely stay again, they made an unfortunate situation way better."
"They put me in a handicap room even though I told them multiple times I didn't need it and would be willing to take a regular room. The head of the mattress was sunk in and I couldn't get the TV to work. They did let me check in early though."
