"After looking up the address and seeing all the bad reviews I didn’t want to send back my shoe for a replacement or refund. I didn’t have a choice so I send them. I was told my shoe was not under warranty because the shoe was so used. I used this shoe no more than 3 time and my Vapormax bottom bubble popped and they said it was excessive used. Which it didn’t make sense the shoe still look and smelled new. This place is pointless and now I can see all the poor reviews everyone had experience."
