"The man running this place is horrible to his employees! He watches the females to a point it’s uncomfortable. You never know when he will come belittle everything you do. He bullies the women into not taking their breaks. Absolute harassment when do! Accusing of taking longer. There are only about 5 employees working for him. Two of which are just part time. I witnessed all this over my 5/6 month span of being there. As for customer satisfaction…… good luck communicating with this jerk. He is angry and will probably not even come to the phone. Also the product coming from here does seem to break down within just months."

"I'm writing this review as a warning to consumers, because I do not feel the "warranty" was properly represented to me. My doctor encouraged me to get some orthotics because I had been having foot problems, and this is the company that he uses. He told me that they would last for "5-10 years," and since I'm active I thought it'd be closer to 5 years, which was okay but not great since they were $400.00. One year, eight months, and sixteen days later, the attached pictures are what they look like. The first hole in the big toe appeared at less than a year. When I contacted Integrated Orthotic Lab, they told me that they only warrant the plastic shell for cracks for 5-10 years; the cover can be refurbished or redone (I believe my doctor said it was $35-$55, but I can't recall). So if you buy these, plan on the upfront cost, but also a $35-$55 yearly subscription fee if you want insoles without holes in them and without worn rubber in the heel. The reason I gave two stars instead of one, is that they did help for the first year or so; although I don't find them as effective now. I'll be looking for a new company next time I purchase."
