"Went to this gas station and Karen was extremely rude and impatient. She was outside walking around and I was waiting to go inside because she yelled at me to wait outside since she was outside, which is understandable because I wouldn’t want anyone to be in the store alone either. However, the way she handled it was completely uncalled for. She yelled at me and got very rude, repeating her yelling. Eventually, I walked away and she continued to yell at me. I took my business to Speedway down the street. I was a manager for 2 years and this behavior is unacceptable. I believe a customer should have priority, especially since we are providing you with business. And chasing them away by yelling isn’t a way to handle this."
