"Awful customer service - asked to have a sweatshirt corrected they they messed up by double printing the image. I asked to bring the sweatshirt in to get a new one and they refuse to do it unless I go through the manager of our travel team. I never see him nor does he live close by, O’hara’s is actually much closer to me. It is an Adidas sweatshirt so not cheap and my husband wanted it for the tournament tomorrow night, but because I have to figure out how to get it to the head of organization first it could take weeks before I see a corrected one. Something so easily rectified is a huge inconvenience for my family. But hey - they have their money so I guess that’s all that matters!"
