"Best shoe service! Great customer service too; very friendly. The guy is very detail oriented, careful, and very skilled. Apparently he has been doing this for 40 years and I believe it! I got straps on a pair of heels shortened and it looks like nothing ever happened! He punched a couple holes for another strap as well. I didn’t even think about that but it was necessary and it was very considerate of him to ask if I wanted them. Don’t hesitate to support this small business! His work is top notch!"
