"I brought a white shirt Friday went home watched the NBA finals. Woke up to get dressed for the day to discover stains on the back of the shirt. In hopes of an exchange I go to back to the store. I ask for the manger I was told he was in the back and would be with me in a minute by an associate. He must of been on break because it was a New York minute. I patiently wait for the arrival of the manger. Devyn is what he told me his name was finally comes out and examine the shirt on dirty glass. Then he states that he cannot take it back. I asked for a someone over him. I was then given another store number but told it was a corporate number. Devyn does not know how to handle business and exhibited poor leadership and decision making. It’s disheartening because the shirt was meant to be wore for the day event. I do not even have time to dry clean before the event. Devyn was very disrespectful and need to learn how to handle people."
