"The experience was okay, but it felt overpriced for the room and amenities given the time of year. Additionally, the noticeable shortcuts in the hotel's quality were disappointing. Overall, it was an average stay that didn't quite meet expectations."

"We checked in at 5:35pm on 2/20/2024. Luckily one of the first things we did was go out to get something to eat. The first thing the server at the restaurant told us was about a water main break in the area and a boil order for the water. After dinner we went to the store and got drinking water. We went back to the Courtyard and ask the girl who checked us in if there was a boil order for the water. She said yes. We ask when was she planning on telling us because NOTHING was mentioned about it when we checked in. She said sorry. If we hadn't gone out to eat and found out what happened in the area, we would have drank the water. Sorry after the fact doesn't cut it. This hotel deserves ZERO STARS since their business was put before our health!"

"Was staying here twice a month for a few months. I was getting a good rate as a healthcare worker. I go in my next stay and they have upped my price $50 extra a night. Manager lied to my face saying he was unable to give me my same rate as I was getting. Will not stay there again. Rooms have gotten better from the new construction but can tell they were in a hurry. Showers with cracks in them, no trash bags in rooms, water went in and out when trying to take a shower."

"Overall a nice hotel. It's currently under construction, so it's kind of noisy during the day. The rooms were cleaned. They do not offer service unless it's requested. The market/cafe in the lobby is pretty good. I had breakfast and coffee in the morning. It would be nice for this Courtyard to offer a VIP lounge for members."

"Our room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Shower was nice. We didn't use the pool just because we didn't have time. Lots of places outside to sit and relax. A free breakfast with your stay would be nice, but not a deal breaker. Water right across from the hotel is nice to walk over to. I'd stay here again"
