"Great customer service. Had the best name branded items I was looking for."

"Scrubs are required at my new workplace. Therefore, I went to look for some yesterday to this uniform outlet. It's a cozy little place, clean, with clothing neatly hung on hangers by colors. But two females behind the register were so unpleasant and disinterested in assisting a new customer. They just sat there and mumbled something about their miserable financial situation and then made personal phone calls talking so everyone could hear. I really needed help to find the correct size and to match the tops and bottoms of my scrubs. When asked to help me, those two clerks (one of their names, Doris) gave me looks as if I was an inconvenience and without saying a word wobbled her way through the aisle leaving me standing there trying to guess whether I should follow her or she is planning to come back. I've spent longer that necessary time there in that store, mostly because those two did not care to do their job as they were supposed to even though I asked for assistance several times. The final thought... it must be really sad to have a job that you so openly dislike, or you just in general, not meant to work with people. It's not right that their issues were being rubbed onto a customer who just stopped by with a smile on her face and wanted to make a purchase."

"Overall they have great prices here! But the employee that was working on 12/26/21 was not friendly or welcoming. She seemed like she really disliked her job and didn’t want to be there at all, I understand sometimes people have bad days but when your in a place of work you can’t necessarily display that. I would recommend having better staff to make the experience better for customers."

"The sales associate that was there on 03-22-2021 was amazing. She was very knowledgable and very friendly. She helped me pick out several styles and sizes of scrubs while also helping other customers. She even went in the back to look through boxes to help me find different sizes. I ended up with the exact scrubs I wanted and it was a really wonderful shopping experience. I will feel confident and comfortable as I start clinical rotations for medical school."

"I went there today looking for scrubs after having had bad experiences at other stores. I just want to say Trista was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me figure out what brands and styles of scrubs would work best for me! I recommend that everyone who is looking for scrubs should come here first! I will definitely be back!"
