"Came in there from out of town. They didn't have what I needed, so I asked if there were any other shops around that may have what I needed. Myron told me that he couldn't tell me where any other shops were because they were competition. Found another shop that was more than happy to help me. Told them about my experience and they told me that they will not send any customers to that store. I Do not recommend it because of their business practices."

"Hands down the best vape shop I have ever been to. I have been to several different stores in the Birmingham area, and I will drive far out of my way to visit these guys. I have never felt pressured to buy anything, but they have always been happy to help. After just a few visits they got to know me and now when I go in they know what I want before I ask. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Update: I just realized it's been three years since I left my original review, and I am still using the last rig you guys sold me. Fantastic quality. Keep doing what you guys do! You're the best! Second Edit:Went in to buy a new rig this week. Got a great deal on an amazing vape. Aegis makes the toughest vales around. I manage a paint store and mine gets banged around a ton. But the Aegis rigs I've bought from you guys just never stop working. Only reason I wanted a new one is the paint and screen were so scratched up. Still worked fine. Again, thank you guys for being the best in the business!"

"Wish I could give you a zero. I used to come in alot, and the service was fine; moved away for a while and am back in the area. My last 2 visits I got the feeling that I was bothering the guys on duty. Not at all friendly or helpful. I would rather wait 2 weeks and pay shipping than go into your store again. For the prices you charge, your employees should do way better, I won't be back."

"Visited the 280 location for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I hadn't upgraded my set up in several years and decided it was due time for a full upgrade. Emily was extremely helpful and picked out the perfect replacement, as well as a fantastic selection of juices for me to sample based on my tastes. Very organized store and exemplary service!"
