"After being assured my order would be completed in 5 days, it took aver two months to get my items back and when I received them, they were nowhere near completed. Two sweatshirts were ruined (They purchased replacement sweatshirts but ruined them as well in the same manner although they didn't notify me. I picked up the sweatshirts after hours and found them to be that way.) Extremely unprofessional, will not answer phones/emails, not courteous/decent enough to tell you they screwed up, and just downright unprofessional. Will never do business with them again, and I highly suggest you do not either."
