"The business I've had with the staff/owner(s) has been exceptional and by far the best experience and overall service I've found purchasing from vape/smoke shops. I would recommend anyone in the area or within driving distance to choose this place over any other shop/vape store in the state. The staff really make you feel appreciated for choosing them to fulfill your orders for juice, vapes, hookahs, tobacco etc and it's hard not to rave about them after my experience with doing business with them for some months now. They have a customer loyalty program where every item you buy earns you points you can use to discount some of the total of your next purchase and have very reasonable prices on juice and vapes compared to any other store. The staff were incredibly helpful to me in finding anything I needed and went above and beyond to assist me in replacing my vape tanks' glass when it was broken (3 times). The owner even opened up a brand new vape kit just to sell me the glass I needed since he had sold out of that specific glass. It's really a pleasure to experience such a kind gesture when typically my experiences with many shops are oriented on trying to haggle with the insane markups they demand for the basics one needs to maintain and reup on vape coils and juice. The fact Cloudy Days went out of their way to make sure my glass was replaced in spite of having to custom order it), it just really cemented the level of respect I had for the way they operate their business and left me with no doubt of who I would be shopping with from now on for any of my vape, tobacco, water pipe, delta 8, hhc, etc needs. I can't think of any better example of customer service experience more memorable than the way the staff has treated me in my visits and I feel personally appreciated for the transactions we've had during our business with eachother. Anyone who has questions with what best juice to get or wonders about something can feel relieved they take enjoyment in answering and helping you choose. They have even offered me help in the form of advice on how to make my coils last longer, which many shops would never do in order to have you return sooner. Cloudy Days shines with their hospitality and kindness and I really hope anyone who reads this review will give them a try since they have made me feel lucky to have found a shop with an owner and staff so outgoing and dedicated to ensuring customers are welcome, offered fair prices, and feel personally appreciated for choosing them over other generic shops. They deserved every bit of this review and I have much respect for the owners responsible for making me feel like a friend and not just a sale. They didn't have to go above and beyond but they did (without expectations of anything in return but a satisfied customer) and I wish them much success in their future dealings and luck in all their endeavors since they deserve it for standing out in a business where so many simply buy low and sell 3x as high to customers who feel cheated for buying the products in person instead of online. I know the owner takes pride in his shop and enjoys the experience of helping and assisting in customers purchases and because of this he will have many more loyal consumers over the years and much more rewarding relationships with people who see the difference in quality of service with their very first trip to Cloudy Days. "Super chill spot. The owner I met Caitlin and Waheed are super nice. I stopped in today and had to grab me a fume and a Esco bar. They just opened but I'm excited to have a spot in Madison, AL I can go. Huge inventory and they know what they are talking about."
