"This is a great shop amazing selection great sales guy but held back didn’t push til I asked him a few questions Not only did they have a great selection of med range sticks but they had one of my favorite cigars the lost city"

"I have been visiting the different Cigars and More lounges since 2013 while traveling for work and now retirement. Mostly the 280 and Patton Creek locations. Their selection has always been great. Hospitality always great. Lounges are clean and organized. Humidors are clean and organized. Knowledge of cigars is awesome. Their lounges are in the top level group. Mark"

"I didn’t make it to the chair! I’m from out of town and just starting going to cigar lounges the past couple of years. I’ve been all over… and have enjoyed them all. A nice place to chill for an hour or so. I’ve always felt welcome. Not the case here! I walked in and a man and a woman were standing behind the counter talking. Neither acknowledged me… so I said hello. I walked past them to the humidor room, and neither said anything. I was in there looking around for about five minutes. The guy walked in twice, walked right past me to a stock room (or something) yet didn’t speak. I started getting aggravated about this. I went to the counter with a Davidoff Anniversary ($21 cigar), and was going to get a bourbon. The lady at the cash register didn’t say a word. I told her I wanted to look at the bourbons. When I said it… she turned and walked away. I’d had enough. I set the cigar on the counter, and told her I wasn’t accustomed to going to a cigar lounge and not being talked to. I left and went to another cigar lounge… and was treated great. If you’re visiting Birmingham… I would encourage you to skip this one… unless your okay with being treated like they’d rather you not be there."

"Wow is all I have to say!!! If you look up “Grade A Customer Service” in the dictionary you’ll find Cigars & More 280. So I was looking to get some cigars for a Fathers Day gift for my Dad and Grandpa. I gave them the call and the guy I spoke with dropped everything to help me. He was the only one in the shop and stopped to help and provide great customer service to a person on the phone who wasn’t guaranteed to purchase anything. Told him I was going to get my haircut and if he could please send me his email so I could contact him later and purchase some cigars. He sent it immediately and followed up after sending the email. He was a genuinely really good guy. So after helping me out and going above and beyond I find out he’s the owner!!! Did not expect that. Shop owners should take note of how to run a business from this great guy. I highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!"
