"My daughter did not have a number on her Softball jersey. I worked with our league to get it taken care of. After going twice during business hours (doors locked, lights off both times) finally a man came to the door. I explained what I needed, he did take the jersey and said he'd do it right then- but also stated "because of the size we assumed it was a coaches jersey". But when we were given the jersey the paperwork from the league did have PLAYER next to her name.Yes, my daughter is much bigger than most 8 yr Olds. Myself and her father are tall and bigger people as well.This statement however was uncalled for.The statement was very unprofessional and unnecessary. We will not be back, and we always supporting local businesses. This is a shame ALL people- including children- can come in all different shapes and sizes.."

"Horrible customer service. Had to file a complaint with BBB. Didn't get right product and had to be yelled at and called names by the manager. Awful customer service would recommend anyone go there"

"They took my order for a jacket. Processed the payment. Then a week later they tell me they can't get that jacket for me. Offered a different jacket color. I simply asked if there would be a discount for my troubles. I was then told bluntly "no, we will just refund your money." The fact that I would've settled on the other jacket but with them being so rude. I decided to cancel my order. I will not recommend them or buy anything from them. Terrible experience. Beware"
