"The food is good and it's my third time here but a terrible experience today. I walked in, and waited on the guy to take my order but it took him a while to come to the window because him and a female were too busy pouring themselves a cup of Don Julio. I had to raised my voice a bit to get his attention. He proceeds to take my order in which he stated "we are out of potatoes". I responded that's fine because I want fries anyway. He stated the wait is 30 min. My order finally was ready and they put it on a potato after I I specifically told him I wanted fries so they to remake my order, another 15min I had to wait. That potato could have went to someone else consider they stated they were out and so many people came in wanting potatoes and when they found out they were out, they left."
