"I purchased a large bag of tobacco, 4 boxes of tubes and a rolling machine(yes, I got a $10 discount for purchasing all at once). I brought it back because I had an issue with the size selector. It was hard to move. That was rectified. Started using the machine and had a very hard time rolling a decent cigarette. Took it back to the to get them to try and roll one(they refused), said it was the tobacco I was using that they recommended. Ok, so I bought a different brand of tobacco, I couldn’t even roll one cigarette with it. Asked if they would try to roll one again, maybe show me what I’m doing wrong, they refused. All the while they were telling me I wasn’t doing it correctly. Now they won’t give me a refund or store credit because the machine is used! What happened to 30 day money back! Bad business! If I could give zero stars I would!"
