"In reading some of the other posts, I personally must disagree completely. I live North of Chicago, but have family here. I have 2 Mods that required EXPERT assistance. It was the closest place to where I am & I have to say the Customer Service I received from Justin was absolutely fantastic!! I needed help with my Mods & he was so very kind, patient & helpful!! As for those who are unhappy with the prices, here, take it from someone who lives in Lake County, IL.....The prices here are close to 1/2 cheaper than for the same products up north. Always remember, if you're nice to someone you're likely to get the same in return! Besides, complaining isn't going to get the effect desired to you, if you're not being nice. So, in closing, I was thrilled to find Copper Road Vapor & even happier to meet such a kind, helpful, patient young man named Justin!! Thank you, for everything Justin! I'm giving you fair warning......I'm sure you'll be seeing me again!"

He didn't try to up sale me and cleared some misconceptions I had about the mg of nicotine that I thought I needed. I've only had the Vaporizer for a little while now.
