"Tammy is rude and unprofessional. She told me my cloth cotton shirt face covering was not acceptable but my bandana was. Mind you my mouth and nose were covered completely both ways. Additionally there were only 3 of us in total in the store and all 6 feet apart and also separated by a foggy shower curtain... yes shower curtain.... hanging from the ceiling. When I asked for the board number I was told by her and I quote “ make sure you don’t tell a story and you tell them what you was tryin to cover your face with”. Seriously? I called and spoke with an individual on the board and put the phone on speaker to let Tammy hear that the only requirement from ABC is my nose and mouth are covered which they were. It’s difficult dealing with customer service people when they have lost their service and act like they hate you and the job."
