"I made a purchase Oct 23 2023 and had the shoes delivered to the store so I called to ask if I can pick them up and was told that they have to do paperwork first before sending notification. Well here day 10 and still no update on my purchase. its never taking this long to get SHOES so DSW has lost a customer."

"The River Forest, IL DSW store is excellent! I give them a rating of 10+ … the store and staff are amazing. As usual, the person that helped me was friendly, eager to help & provided quality customer service this past weekend. My rating for DSW Corporation is not favorable. VIP rewards customers are repeatedly offered savings codes; but, DSW’s excessive restrictions omit >20-30 brands from savings code use. For this reason, friends of mine & myself ignore or unsubscribe from those savings mailers or email. This past weekend, I saw a nice savings offer on the site & tried again … nope, no savings & the restrictions have actually increased. This bait & switch marketing is a waste of customers’ time & the opposite of quality customer service."

"This location closes early all the time. Today, they were supposed to be open until 8, and were closed at 715. Very disappointing, and inconsistent. I recommend looking for a different place to buy shoes"

"Atmosphere still the same. Dont shop there anymore since i tried 2 return a shoe that waa already worn. Tried 2 tell them that but would not take the shoe back cause they said i wore it. I dont patronize where ppl make u feel as though u are a thief or storyteller."

"Frustrated they didn't have the size i needed. The store ys huge and well laid out, but if they don't have the common sizes its just not worth it. My wife was more successful finding most of what she was looking for in her shoe size. Prices were ok, but her coupon and rewards program saved her $30. So the visit was worthwhile for her."
