"The in-shopping experience is really disappointing these days. So many pickup and online orders being fulfilled that it feels more like a distribution center than a store. I also usually like to shop in the mornings and they almost never have check-out lanes open. Self checkout isn’t that bad but when you have a full cart it is a bit frustrating."

"Busier than usual but still a nice place to shop. Staff are always nice and helpful. I've noticed a marked uptick in adult oriented lego sets, as in more difficult, not racey, lol. "My sister in law and I visited this location on 8/12/23 around 6pm. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. We were helped by a very nice associate in women’s clothing. Another associate, Ian, was very kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. He was aware of a current promotion and even searched the back of the store to find the very last item that was left. He really goes above and beyond for his guests. Great job, Ian!!!"
