"They never answer the phone. Each time I’ve used the drive thru I’ve waited 45 minutes without ever moving. I’ve seen firsthand how the pharmacy just lets the phones ring and ring constantly while I’ve been inside waiting for someone to do their job! Worst pharmacy ever!!! Do not recommend."
"They lost our sale.. the cashier who was already at the register told us she will get us at the self checkout ... then we couldn't get our card to scan .. all she said was .. they want us to use the self checkout more then the registers ... soooooo they lost our business.. we will continue to go to walgreens from now on"
"Awesome customer service!"
"I hate this place for a couple of reasons, none of which have to do with the people who work here. For one there is the annoying pushy and downright offensive way CVS uses robots to call their customers... in my case even after asking at multiple locations for the employees to take me off the call list. The people are friendly and the service is often slow because of the number of customers relative to the number of employees. Management makes sure of that, they don't intend to pay these folks to wait for you, and until you stop going there, it costs them nothing to let you wait for them. To get in and out quickly by my standards there are rarely enough employees or open registers. All of the large chain pharmacies are like this by design. Be glad if you are in Selma or Valley Grande you have the opportunity to visit a smaller non-chain pharmacies. Whatever few pennies more you pay for the product is more than made up for it with speed. CVS like all the big chain pharmacies have destroyed customer service and speed of service in order to make a little more money selling you. All we can do is go elsewhere, and now I do. I want to reiterate, I find everyone who works at the store to be pleasant and professional. They just are understaffed for the traffic they have."
"It's really clean"
