"Husband and I had dinner here and it was a wonderful evening! Great location and views of the city, amazing incredible kind service, and really phenomenal food! The crispy Brussels sprouts were one of our favorite dishes we ordered. The banana gelato was also fun and different- yummy! I ordered the scallop risotto, which was incredible and so smooth; however it was definitely a rich and buttery taste (so if you’re avoiding rich food- I wouldn’t recommend), but I thought it was delicious."

"This restaurant has a great view and love the ambiance. I appreciate that the waiter provided brief description of the specialties. Our group ordered Fillet Mignon, NY Strip, Roasted Branzino, Seafood platter, a few sides and Banana Gelato & Tiramisu. Everything we ordered were great but I found the Branzino a little bit salty for my taste. The Banana Gelato was soooo good. 4 of us ordered it and we finished them all."

"Visiting Chicago to celebrate my wife’s birthday we decided to have dinner at Gibson’s because it seemed to have an elegant atmosphere and menu with good views down the river. The food was very good with prices similar to other steakhouses. The view was as advertised and the service was outstanding. The one downside was the tables were very close together and it was a much louder, less intimate dining experience than we expected. We still had a wonderful evening."
