She didn't state the business when she answered and I had to ask for her name for her to even provide me one. It's like I had to pull information from her just inquire about the daycare and to make it worse she stated that she was the owner! Wow! If she's this unethical when dealing with a potential customer, I'm also looking to switch daycares, I cant imagine how she interacts with the parents of enrolled kids....."
