"Our daughter has attended this daycare since she was 4 months old. As first time parents we dreaded the thought of dropping our new baby off with strangers, but Mrs. Donna was great at easing all of our worries. This daycare has a family feel to it and has been great for our daughter in all areas. They have made lots of improvements to the facility in the short time of her attending. The staff has always been respectful and friendly. I can't leave Mrs. Parham out of this review, she has been a great teacher as well. We are looking forward to seeing our daughter continue to grow here!"

"It's like they never clean there! My 2 year old comes home with a snotty nose, someone else's cup and socks. Today my 6 month year old came home with an unbuttoned onesie on, a stinky diaper and a snotty nose. I even saw the lady there say that the girl could not get her tax paper because she didn't pay all the way!"

"My 2 year old son and almost 2 month old daughter attended this daycare for about 3 weeks total. The owner is very unprofessional, I’m not even sure how this facility is still in business. She is not informative whatsoever. I voiced to her that I would like to be informed when my children’s classroom teacher was out and who would be watching them for the day. She then told me that “that’s not how our facility operates” I then said to her that I would introduce myself to his new teacher of the day when I picked him up. When I went to pick him up, his stuff was put in a bag and she had another teacher tell me that he would no longer be going there. As well as my new baby girl. The things I’ve noticed about this facility is that they are not informative besides 2 teachers that I’ve talked to, and only because I had to ask them. On 2 different occasions when I went to pick them up, the front door was left WIDE open, held open by 2 orange cones. When I asked why the door was open, they said they were “letting the floors dry quicker” Unsafe and unacceptable for me. I never knew how his day was unless I asked. There were never any updates of the kids in the app they provided. Very unprofessional and in my opinion, should be shut down."

"My 2 year old was in attendance at this school for about 5 & a half hours before I was called at work then told they immediately decided to kick him out. The teacher for his age group I’m sure complained to the owner because she didn’t want to deal with him or give him a chance to adapt to a school environment since he is coming from care at home. The teacher had a slight attitude when I was dropping him off as if she didn’t want him there from the jump but when another student who’s been going there walked in with gifts for her she suddenly became all nice and smiles!! Her entire demeanor changed. The owner was trying to tell me my son has autism & basically they will not accept children who may have disabilities. I was devastated and embarrassed. Luckily I was able to receive a refund but it was only half of what I paid!! When I got home with my son his clothes were literally wet. They never changed him throughout the time he was there. I do not recommend for anyone who’s child isn’t much of a talker because they cannot tell you how they were really treated!"
