"These reviews HAVE to be fake. They have a sign on the door about a cruise giveaway for referrals. I am sure they provided incentives for these reviews. PLEASE don’t take your kids here. I toured this place and it is literally keeping me up at night thinking about it. I am traumatized and physically ill thinking about those poor children. The woman in the 8-12 month room was neglectful and just down right horrible to the children in there. She was folding her laundry and just had the kids in their cribs doing nothing, leaving the little girl to cry, the others just staring…It was nearly 3, she said their nap was from 12-1:30. How long had these children been left in their cribs crying and ignored while she did her laundry at work? She was cold, not interacting with the children at all. Right before I left she ripped the little girl out of the crib and roughly put her in a playpen shutting her in without evening speaking to her before going back to her laundry. The other children were still in their cribs, awake, just watching…if that’s how she behaves with a visitor touring the facility, how do you think she behaves when no one is watching? I am absolutely sick over what I saw here. It was horrible and heart breaking. I just wanted to scoop those poor kids up. Edited to add: The carefully crafted (edited and reposted) response from the owner speaks volumes. She knows nothing about me, or the ethnicity of my children and the assertion that my review was racially motivated is absurd and offensive. I did not comment on the appearance of the facility because to me, what matters most is how the children are treated (in this case poorly). For the record I most certainly DID ask questions, including ASKING about the laundry, about the crying child, about the nap schedule, among many other things. When I asked about them still being in their cribs passed the nap time that she herself outlined for me she stated, “uh I mean they aren’t asleep are they? They don’t have to sleep.” My post, unlike the owners, was NOT based on assumption, rather what I personally observed and was told first-hand. Nowhere did I assert that she did not have the amenities to do her laundry at home. My review focused on the room in which my child would have been placed, while I COULD have listed every little problem with this facility (there were many), I understand that NO ONE is perfect and you can always catch a facility or individual at a bad time that may not be representative of their general level of care. The way I saw that child treated however, was so incredibly inappropriate I felt I had no choice, but to do my best to warn others. At the end of the day each parent has to make a decision about what they think is best for their child. There is a reason that this facility has immediate openings and is recruiting children, while everywhere else has a waitlist. Enough said."

"Wonderful experience! My son who Is 1 had some time out of school after moving back home to Alabama. So we both were a little on edge about a new school, after his first two weeks he was In for good! We love It! From the staff to the children that make us feel more like family!"

"We have been with the center roughly 2 years now. Their name is truly who and what they are, A MIRACLE. They go above and beyond especially during this pandemic. They have always been supportive, accommodating, respectful, tactful, and always so nice. They love the children as their own. The hours work extremely well with the work life. They are very clean and sanitary, you don’t get the smell of diapers. I just love Ms. Adrian and her staff. They are truly a gift to God’s green earth."
