"We were looking for a nice Italian restaurant to make our reg. Soooooooo happy we can here!!! Everything was prefect!! From the service to atmosphere to the drinks!!! I wish I had pics to prove it but take my word for it. The staff was so friendly. We will definitely make this gem our reg!!!"
"I came in 1/09/24 for a business meeting. The food was very good, and our specific waitress was good, however when we tried to order dessert around 8:45pm we were informed that the kitchen was closed and that the restaurant would actually be closing at 9:00pm, a full hour earlier than the posted hours on their website and Google. No one informed us of this when we were sat, and then we were subject to multiple people "lightly" indicating that they wanted us to leave as soon as possible. The apology of our waitress is the ONLY reason service is getting 3 stars. When ended up going to Barraco's for dessert and to leisurely finish our conversation."
"I owed my High School Counselor a spaghetti date. Even though I wanted to take her to Franconello we decided to enjoy lunch at her house. Instead of using a delivery service, I drove to Beverly to pick up the food. I had never heard of this restaurant, but I trusted the reviews. The restaurant opened at 11AM, and I waited in the parking lot until I saw someone unlock the door. I ordered spaghetti with and without meatballs, sauteed spinach, and salad. The entire meal was freshly prepared. I waited 25 minutes. The portions are large. We enjoyed the spaghetti with meatballs, Italian bread, and salad. I took the spaghetti without meatballs and spinach home. I shared the meal with my sister. The leftovers were just as good the next day. I look forward to dining at Franconello. Although I loved the holiday decorations, I will return before Christmas 2024."
"Return visit. Food was delicious, service very good. Only downside was the Mai Tai I ordered was overly boozy and just not drinkable. Server at first wasn't sure they could make it, so just make sure the bartender is skilled. Otherwise wonderful. First time here in a very long time. Everything was excellent, and the service was phenomenal. I'm definitely going to return. Halibut was cooked to perfection."
"I am always on the hunt for culinary gems that offer an unforgettable dining experience. Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the best Italian restaurant in our neighborhood, and it exceeded all my expectations. This hidden gem managed to impress me in every way possible. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly by the staff, setting the tone for the evening. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and contemporary elegance. The scent of freshly baked bread and aromatic herbs wafted through the air, instantly whetting my appetite. Let's talk about the star of the show - the Cheese Ravioli. Tender pasta pillows filled with the most heavenly blend of ricotta and parmesan cheese, topped with a rich tomato-basil sauce that had us swooning with every bite. It was a symphony of flavors, and I couldn't get enough of it! However, the only minor hiccup in the otherwise perfect meal was the Shrimp Scampi. Little did we know that it was an appetizer, and our excitement turned into a slight disappointment when the portion arrived. But let me tell you, those plump, succulent shrimp sautéed in garlic butter were so tantalizing that we couldn't help but wish for more. A note to self for next time - order two portions! Despite the Scampi hiccup, everything else on the menu was just as impressive. From the velvety smooth Fettuccine Alfredo to the delectable Chicken Marsala, each dish was carefully crafted with love and expertise. Every bite seemed to tell a story of Italian tradition and culinary mastery. One thing that caught our attention was how obviously popular this restaurant is among both locals and celebrities alike. As we enjoyed our meal, we couldn't help but notice the walls adorned with autographed pictures of famous personalities who had dined here. From renowned actors to well-known musicians, this place seems to be a favorite among the stars, and now I understand why! So, you're in the mood for an unforgettable Italian culinary journey, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit! Despite not knowing that the Shrimp Scampi was just an appetizer, the rest of the meal more than made up for it. The Cheese Ravioli alone is worth a visit, and the warm ambiance and friendly staff make you feel right at home. I can't wait to return to try more dishes and savor the flavors that left us enchanted and craving for more."
