"It's hard to find a place where the teachers love kids, and have real relationships with them like Little Angels does. We have fostered for many years, and they have so much compassion for our kids. Even the owners love to just stop in the rooms to participate in playtime, or read books, or to comfort an emotional child. It's the only place I'll use because of how much I trust them."
"Children are constantly being hurt and not treated properly here. They are seriously understaffed and the children suffer for it. They aren’t quick to call when your child is hurt, if they even call at all. And there’s a history of them not even being able to tell you what happened or how your child was injured. kids are being sent home in very dirty diapers and suffering rashes. They aren’t following instructions for care of kids with specific needs as far as diaper changes. They push for putting infants in the toddler room before they turn 1 because of the staffing issue. They don’t seem to vet their new hires very well as one of them was caught yelling at and mistreating a literal infant. I don’t believe she’s there any more. Some of the staff seem great, but I would not trust these people with my child for the fact that I know they aren’t able to watch and care for them properly and you never know what kind of people they are hiring."
"My son was 13 months old and way passed being swaddled the staff knew this. He was forcefully swaddled by the staff in the baby room and they let him scream to sleep. They even covered the parent peak hole with a paper so I wouldn’t see when I picked up. He is a kind sweet child and he hated it there. He cried every time he saw them. I ended up leaving and finding a baby sitter he loves so much and he’s so happy now. I will always have a pain in my heart knowing I let my son go through that. I had to negotiate to get my money back and did but it at first it wasn’t promised. My older son was in a filthy room that smelled terrible and all he learned was a letter of the day and nothing else. I’ve seen large roaches dead on the floor in the halls. I watched babies learning to walk sitting outside in the rocks trying to eat them while the staff were distracted from talking. This places is truly awful. I really hoped it wouldn’t be."
"My son is being pulled from this school TODAY. I thought this place was so perfect at first. The injury after injury happened. He was bitten in the face by a child and his face was bleeding and swelling when we picked him up. The teacher had no knowledge. You know my son had to have screamed but yet the teacher didn’t know? No incident report was filed. We asked the director to watch the cameras for that occasion and every single time we would ask about it he either didn’t find anything or didn’t get the chance to look. My child came home crying telling me the teachers were bullying him. Of course again the director didn’t know anything about that either. He has come home with so many bite marks that we weren’t told about and no filed incident report. I have pictures of it all. I even have a picture of my SON in a DRESS! Tell me why you would HUMILIATE my little boy and put him in a DRESS! I also have pictures of that! Better believe I’ll be getting copies of his file today, then speaking with whatever lawyer I need for mine and my child’s sake, then speaking with the state about an investigation for all the other children’s sake. Don’t pay $120 or more for your child to go here."
"Awful. The staff is ok, but the guy who runs it is a total jerk. The daycare is run down, and half the time they have all the children in one big room with a lack of any real supervision (my 4 year old has seen me, come running down the hall to the front door and no one even look up --- because they didn't see him run out of the massive room that they have all the children in).Multiple injuries with no report, in fact I'VE noticed injuries that occurred and let the teachers know...some of them really do not pay attention at all. You'll regret taking your kids there - I'd look elsewhere."
