"TL;DR- Nice people, Good Selection for such a small gun shop, "Rambo Kid" is going to hurt himself or somebody else. Moved to the area a couple years ago and always heard about how cool this little store was but never stopped in...a couple weeks ago I caught word from a buddy that they had a particular rifle I've been searching for so decided to stop...they indeed had that rifle, the owner did acknowledge me but he seemed more interested in chatting to a talker while the younger guy was helping another customer, which is fine, I understand I used to work at a small gun shop/range back home. I understand you have to treat every customer like he is your biggest spender...I'm a pretty patient person so I decided to look around a bit more while they were handling the other customers. I start watching the younger guy, this guy has no business working in a gun shop... Every time he pulls a gun out of the case or off the wall he immediately racks the slide/charges the bolt in the most dramatic fashion you could ever imagine then points it in a random direction and snaps the trigger.... he wasn't even doing this to check the weapon to see if it was clear, he was just acting like he was in some sort of action movie. I had cash in hand and I really wanted this rifle, I wasn't even really concerned about the price, I'm all about supporting local businesses and this particular rifle is extremely hard to find. So I watched this kid do dramatic action movie effects for about 10 minutes and finally he scared off his customer so I walk up to the counter and he doesn't even give me time to speak, he just hands me a random pistol and tries to sell it to me... I start trying to explain to him that I want to look at this rifle on the wall but he just keeps trying to hand me guns I have absolutely no interest in and still every time he picks up a different gun he's doing his action movies effects... at this point I'm just done with this place. I wait till the kid gets distracted by trying to find a different gun to play Rambo with and I sneak out... I worked in this industry for years, I've seen a lot of crazy things in gun shops and on the range but I can honestly say this is the most uncomfortable I have ever been in a gun store..."
"Sales more than just gas & cigarettes, beer it also has an area that carries guns, ammo &some fishing gear. Always polite & more than happy to help you & there prices are ok for a country store with country charm. Stop by & check them out,bet you'll go back."
