"I bought a used SUV from there & the salesman was a total slacker, had on shorts & button down unbuttoned a little too far. Then the financing guy talked us into a prepaid maintenance program, which sounded nice, but the guys in the oil change area don't work on Saturdays & are rude to customers. When I went to get my oil changed on a Saturday I was told to try the Muscle Shoals location, which is 30 minutes from where I live! NO THANKS, I'll never use this place again with it's rude customer service & techs!"

"Initially, we were interested in a car on the lot. We ended up buying it after inquiring more information on the car. We put down $800 and were coming back in two days to put down another $200 to have a $1000 down payment. When we came back, the older gentleman stated we could have the lienholder's agreement. I came back two days later as planned, payed the $200 and got the lienholder's agreement. The next month, went back to pay our monthly payment when the man stated he still had not received our $200 down payment. He stated he didn't even remember me coming in two days later. I showed him the lienholder's agreement that he and I signed. He said "well, if you don't have a receipt, you still owe me. Because the leinholder's agreement was a verbal agreement to give when down payment was recieved, it did not count'. He is a total "used car salesman", only trying to take advantage of people. Maybe he is just to old to remember, but either way, you don't want this place handling your money!! Small claims court here we come."
