"We waited over 2 hours after being seated for boneless wings (chicken nuggets). 2 hours to cook chicken nuggets. On a Thursday. Avoid at all costs. Read the other reviews for this location. Consistently bad and a complete fail."

"I like Bdbs in general, and mango abanero is my favorite sauce for wings and as a side with chicken tenders. This location, the service is very slow, but we try to enjoy the time drinking beer and talking with friends and family. They have a good variety of beer."

"Absolutely upset with our visit. I am a regular, or was, and I ordered online to pick up. When me and my boyfriend got there the cashier, TRACY, was too busy counting her tip money at the counter than to say one word to us for over 5 minutes and no I’m not being dramatic I looked at the time on my phone. She didn’t greet us, say she will be with us in a sec, just went on about herself. I had to asked if she can help me bc I was getting so upset that she was ignoring us after standing there for 5 minutes watching her count the money from her wallet she had laid out on the counter, and she sarcastically said, I was getting to you. She gave me my receipt and went back to counting her tip money for another few minutes without giving us our food. The phone kept ringing and she ignored it and still didn’t give us our food. I had to ask the manager to get it bc of how rude and selfish this woman was. I will NOT be back anymore I would make the drive to another one. The worst customer service I think I’ve experienced in this town."

"It took over 12 minutes to be seated. My son-in-law had to ask for barbecue sauce three times and finally got it when he was almost done with his sandwich. The fries were ice cold when I got them, the burger was burnt to a crisp around the edges. As long as it took us to get seated and get waited on the restaurant was not even a quarter full it was ridiculous I will not be returning to this place!"

"We hadn't been here in over 5 years and decided to give it another go. They only had one waitress on duty way way way under staffed for a Sunday and as busy as it was, but the girl done an outstanding job taking care of all the guest. The food was amazing and definitely redeemed itself. We had the burger and the pretzel bites and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. Great job on winning us back despite your labor shortage."
