"I understand times have changed, and good help is hard to find. However, average help or even borderline serviceable help is not. The bartenders are completely useless. Zero knowledge of how to work TVs. At a sports bar, and steps away from a sportsbook this is completely unacceptable. Rude, extremely rude and ZERO communication or customer service skills. Management isn’t much better, can’t even get simple things correct. No concern over upset customers or long wait times. Last week the bar ran out of Millerlite. Not for the day, for multiple days! That should be completely unacceptable to run out of the most popular drinks and spirits regularly, but it isn’t. Nina and Maurice are the exception to this review. They go above and beyond each and every time. Good luck with anyone else. You should have treated loyal patrons better while you had them..."
