"I give a Zero, not even 1 star. Today March 14, 2023. I was looking for some Chuck Taylor leather lugged combat boot gym shoe like shoe. Anyways, I thought it was just me, but after reading these reviews, I’m definitely convinced. The Hispanic lady followed me everywhere I went in the Store, like she’s Security. I mean she made herself so obvious that I was very uncomfortable. I told the manager or owner whoever he was, how I felt with this woman following me around the store. Who can shop like that, not me. Will never go back there. I believe it’s a lot of discrimination going on in the store but the got a black security guard in there. SMDH. Totally totally uncomfortable."

"It’s actually a decent store but if you’re black u might wanna go elsewhere. I get followed around EVERY SINGLE TIME I’m in this store. No matter how presentable I look , even in my work clothes for some reason I give off the impression that I don’t wanna spend my hard earned working money in there. It makes me so uncomfortable because they don’t even TRY TO BE DISCREET. Just go further north to a nicer store ‘cause they discriminate real bad in here. I’m not even a review type of person but i feel some type of way after going in here every time even when I do buy things."

"Made a purchase on 17 November and will never return. Cashier was rude from the start, snapping “Next” to call me to the register. There was no eye contact or a friendly greeting, just disdain and rancor. When I asked if there was a military discount she responded “No” disgustedly. The last time I shopped at a DSW (in September) they had a military discount. I spent more than I normally would on a pair of shoes and didn’t feel good about my purchase. What happened to customer service?"
