"Great place... Depending entirely on the staff you see. First Time my little sister went the care was excellent, second time, the Professor of Neurology, Dr. Leon Dure, was absolutely horrible. He's responsible for cancelling her appointment without telling us, and when he saw her anyway, he checked for responsiveness until she was screaming and crying (she has spells where she can't move at all.) He invalidated the family's experience, yelled at my little sister, who, mind you, has diagnosed PTSD. Her finger he pressed on for the response test is now bruised and he commented at least a few times on how "Wow, she really isn't faking it" and practically mocked us for feeling like we wasted our Time. If you have an appointment with him and can't get anyone else, good luck."

"My child was here for 10 months doing occupational therapy twice a week, weekly, or biweekly. The staff and our therapist were always the nicest people ! There was no wait. The facility is very clean."

"When my daughter and I first started going in 2009 the people was real loving and considerate. Now it seems as if they dont care and I'm talking about the staff not the doctors the doctors are wonderful. It is the staff thats rude and inconsiderate."
