"Been awhile since I have came here. Went through drive through ordered food and a milkshake was told we can’t put multiple flavors like strawberry and banana in the same shake. Upon further questions I was told because the system doesn’t let us charge for an extra topping w/ milkshakes we cannot offer it. Do you know how popular of a flavor that is? And to prevent customer satisfaction over a 0.60 cent banana is crazy to me. That’s a problem for the equipment that you willingly choose to use. Your customers shouldn’t have to go without. I decided to go with just a strawberry milkshake no whip cream. Was handed my food then shake had extra whip cream if anything. Between it not really being what I wanted and having to wait for another milkshake to be made I asked for a refund for just the shake. The manager proceeded to hand me back cash and very rudely telling me he can’t refund on card so here’s cash. ( again… another problem with your system.) it’s a shame. GD ritzy is failing as we see."

"I wanted to sit down for a burger but the dining room was closed due to short staffing. I ordered a double but got a single. It would have been 20-30 minutes to go back through the drive through to get it fixed. Fries were hot but a little hard. This used to be the best burger chain in the world IMPO. It’s just not any more."

"If your website says you are open till 11 on a Saturday evening then why are your doors locked by 8:45? We drove all the way across town (checked your website first) and found your doors locked. If you are going to continue to do this( it’s been years now) than put up a sign! Those who have mobility issues or those who have to take kids in and out of car seats to get to your door and find it’s locks is ridiculous! There were people actually eating in the dining room but door was locked. We know we can use the drive through but no thanks! We will go somewhere else from now on. Freddie’s is open and we can eat inside there instead. We love you guys and have been loyal customers for decades but we have had enough of your lack of consistency and your inconsiderate attitude you have taken towards your customers . Put out a sign or change the website please!"

"Burger was literally crunchy and fries were cold and soggy. Drove back to have them replace it because I called for over 20 minutes and nobody answered. Got there only to have the kids working act like I was being ridiculous and smirk and show others that were working like I was being ridiculous. Burgers were replaced but not the fries and after the interaction I had at the window with the employee, I wasn't even comfortable eating the replacement burger. Customer service was terrible. Food was terrible. Do better!"
