"Usually never have an issue here most employees are usually helpful. I went in to get gas and a drink. I had to wait on the cashier finishing her conversation with another employee about something outside of work. I eventually walked to the counter set my drink on the counter asked for gas on a pump. Before she even asked about my Casey’s rewards the guy leaning on the counter started up the conversation again. She never greeted me never let me know to come to her counter. She had a look of disgust that I was interrupting her day. I told them to just forget it. I stepped away and said it is pretty messed up that they cannot stop talking to help a customer. The guy without turning side eyed me and stated. She told me to hold up. Yet he kept talking when I was being poorly waited on. It is disgusting to feel like you are inconveniencing someone when you are a patron just trying to get a drink and fuel. Emailed support received a pretty generic response of we will address this with the team. I doubt it though."

"Pumps are always out of service place is always messy. 6 months later and the pumps are not working again place, never had a problem when we had 2 stores in Hoopeston. Place is very poorly managed"

"Casey's pizza is underrated. It is very tasty and they cook it to order when you get there. The gas is reasonable in price and the inside has lots of snacks to choose from for travel options."

"Don’t let the looks deceive you. It looks like a big nice super Casey’s but it’s not.! You won’t find a sub shop or ice cream here. But you can go a couple miles in either direction and find one that will. That’s what I recommend."
