"This Walgreens location has went way down hill . I have been trying to get my medication for over two weeks now . First , it was an insurance thing , but after that I learned my doctor had approved my prescription a week ago but , they didn't fill it . They filled one but not the other , now how does that happen , really ? I've called and called and called in the past two weeks but , only today did they FINALLY answer the phone , then they blamed it on the doctor when I know it wasn't his fault . They really need to either hire another person for just pharmacy to answer phones or take prescriptions or both because their service is seriously lacking urgency, and professionalism. Medication is important to people and we depend on our pharmacy to work for our best interest not against us . If they have more patients then they can handle they need to start referring people to the CVS next door ."
