Publix Pharmacy at Saraland Crossing

"I just recently moved to this pharmacy from CVS and it is a night and day difference! Anytime i called CVS i would sit on hold for almost 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone and help me. Anytime I call Publix for a refill I am talking to a live person withing minutes. my medication is always ready to be picked up quickly and I'm always greeted with smiling faces. I also like that they communicate with me through text message when i have a medication ready to be refilled."

"Do not use this pharmacy at this time. They are putting people lives at risk. Usually it take a day to get a refill. I was just told it would be . Monday because they had to order it. My Mother has had the same refill for years. I should have been contacted the day it was ordered or sent to another Publix Pharmacy. She will have to go for 3 more days without her medications. Very dangerous practice putting people lives at risk."

"I dropped off a prescription at around 11:30 a.m was told if I waited in store 45 minutes. If I was leaving I could come back at 3:00 pm. So I go back at 3:20 pm. The young lady looks at me and says it won't be ready until 5:45 pm. I explained it should have been ready by 3 could they get it ready it should already be ready. She says yea. In 45 minutes. Looks at me as I am the stupid one. I'm very glad I have learned self restraint. Oh how bad that could have been! It's just antibiotics. No rush right. Will not go back there after today. That one young lady has made me decide not to use that pharmacy. The rest of the store was great. And very friendly"

"Dr called in a rx for me this morning. I called around 12 to check if it was ready. Was told it would be in about an hour. I called back at 330 on way home from work. Was told again it would be ready in an hour by a extremely rude employee. It's still not ready after 2 more hours. I work in a doctors office I have always told patients Publix is the best place to get prescriptions filled. Not any more I won't!"

"The worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. I was told on a Friday, by the pharmacist, that I could come pick my prescription up on Sunday. When I arrived and asked if my prescription was filled she said it would be Monday. After trying to explain what I had been previously told this lady cut me off mid sentence and said "excuse me I said you can't pick up until tomorrow" and it was the most rudest , non friendly, absolute worst customer service I've ever received. How she still has a job is beyond me. It's not the first time this rude behavior has occurred at this pharmacy, I will never be going back and I recommend if you enjoy friendly customer service you avoid this pharmacy at all costs as well."
