"I am a disabled veteran and due to issues with my service related conditions I wanted to cancel since my contract had ended. I called to see when I could cancel my membership and was told I could cancel anytime as long as it was before the 30th of the month I wouldn’t be charged the following month since I was no longer under contract. I missed the 30th of the month so I assumed I had the time to go and cancel and went 4 days prior to the end of the month and was told if you don’t cancel 30 days before, you will be charged for another month. This business still didn’t want to honor what was told to me even though I completely finished my contract and am no longer under contract. Instead of providing good customer service and saying I apologize for the miscommunication I will release this so you can avoid the payment, I was informed that I needed a doctors note to give them as if I am still in school. I would not recommend this as a gym or anything. Horrible customer service and even worse management. Aleah DeBoer was not concerned with the miscommunication and didn’t want to compromise in any way, shape or form but instead made the excuse, we have some new people so maybe that was the issue. I have never seen anyone in a management position try to make an excuse so they could prove a customer is in the wrong instead of assuming responsibility for the mistake made by their employees and honoring what was said."

"It was cute. There was plenty to do for all ages. Beware the wave pool can get very strong and drag u under…and the bottom is very rough. Bring some sort of shoes to wear while waiting for food at concessions because the concrete is so hot and there is no shade. Overall it was fun and worth checking out. But from Alexandria it really isn’t gonna be something we go to again."

"$10 per person for outdoor pool and play area — for indoor and outdoor pool access cost increases to $15 per person . 2 U are free. . Weekdays open 10a-6p. Extended hours — Twilight swim 6p-9p for non-members on Monday & Thursday’s. $7 per person for twilight swim. Very clean , relaxing atmosphere— impressed with ample lifeguards who actually take their job serious and blow whistles often to keep kids following rules and reinforce safety— can bring outside drinks - but concession stand is not overpriced very reasonable."
